5.Отстранете сместа от огъня, подправете със сол, черен пипер и ситно нарязан копър<br />
6.Напълнете тиквичките с получената смес и наредете в тава<br />
7.Залейте с лимоновия сок, останалото растително масло и малко гореща вода<br />
8.Запечете във фурната, докато останат на мазнина<br />
9.След като изстинат, ги нарежете на кръгчета с дебелина 2 сантиметра<br />
Наредете ги в чиния за сервиране и залейте с киселото мляко.</div>

<span class="greybold">Приготвяне</span></p>
<div class="greytab">1.Изчистете пилето и го натрийте отвън и отвътре със сол и черен пипер<br />
2.В загрятото масло запържете лука ситно нарязан и гъбите &#8211; на филийки<br />
3.Налейте вода и задушете<br />
4.Напълнете с тази смес пилето, зашийте отвора и го изпържете в останалото масло<br />
5.Пържете докато придобие златисто-кафяв цвят<br />
6.Сложете го в тавичка и налейте малко вода<br />
7.Пъхнете пилето в предварително загрята фурна да се пече<br />
8.След 15 минути прибавете нарязаните на тънки филийки картофи, воденичката, сърцето, дробчето и чушките &#8211; на парчета<br />
9.Налейте бялото вино и задушете пилето, докато омекне<br />
10.Обливайте го често със сока<br />
11.Подправете соса със сол и черен пипер и при сервирането го излейте върху пилето.</div>

</p>
<p>2.От време на време разбърквайте с дървена лъжица</p>
<p>3.Пържете докато оризът стане прозрачен</p>
<p>4.Изсипете го в подходящ съд и в същия тиган изпържете яйцата (бъркани)</p>
<p>5.Смесете ги с ориза и добавете  нарязаните на кубчета моркови и пиперки</p>
<p>6.Добавете грахта и царевицата</p>
<p>7.След като се поизпържат, залейте с вода &#8211; 1-2 пръста над повърхността</p>
<p>8.Варете няколко минути</p>
<p>9.Докато оризът е още твърд прибавете лука</p>
<p>10.Накрая сипете морските дарове, като отделите скаридите (тях сложете последни)</p>
<p>11.Подправете ястието на вкус със сол, черен пипер, куркума и шафран<br />
12.Сервирайте паелята топла със соев сос на масата.</p>
